Emmulate Enterprises Inc. is a certified Minority-Owned California Small/Microbusiness and prime contractor specializing in B2B and B2G supply chain fulfillment, commercial real estate, procurement, project management and operational service coordination. Our model is simple. We take ownership of the requirement, manage every supplier and vendor beneath it, and give the contracting officer one accountable point of contact.
We stay directly involved in every contract: managing supply chains, vendor terms and quality assurance ourselves, accepting Government Purchase Cards for fast micro-purchases, and carrying invoicing and regulatory compliance through closeout. As a California SB/Micro and LA County LSBE/CBE, we also bring bid preferences that help agencies get competitive evaluated pricing.
